Location & Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery services through a third-party carrier. We require the products ordered and the shipping address in order to provide you with a delivery quote.
Do you offer Installation Services?
Usually, we do not. Most of our products are assembled before shipment and the pallet racking and shelving units are relatively easy to assemble. If you have any special inquiries, please reach out to us.
Can I visit your warehouse to see the products in person?
Absolutely! We welcome visits to our warehouse anytime between 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. We are located at 3981 Phillips Ave in Burnaby.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve everyone in the greater Vancouver area, but we can discuss delivery options if you’re located outside of this region.
Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?
Yes, you can pick up your order directly from our warehouse. We’re open for pickups from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have everything ready for you when you arrive.
Products & Customization
How can I tell the condition of the used products?
All of our used products are fully functional and ready for use. However, please note that there may be cosmetic flaws such as scratches or blemishes. These imperfections are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance or durability of the items.
Do you offer any color options for lockers?
For our new lockers, we currently offer one standard color option. However, if you place a custom order for 50 or more units, we can provide additional color options with an estimated delivery time of about 3 months. Our used lockers come in a variety of colors, so you’ll have more options to choose from in our pre-owned selection.
Are your shelving units customizable?
Yes, our shelving units are highly customizable. We offer a variety of sizes and types, and you can request as many shelves as you like. You also have the flexibility to place the shelves at any height within the unit to best suit your storage needs.
What size of pallet racking do you offer?
Our pallet racking options go up to 8 feet tall, with widths of either 8 or 9 feet. We do not supply pallet racking taller than 8 feet because those require engineering permits for installation, which we do not provide.
