Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At WareX Sales, we want customers to understand the condition, dimensions, and return eligibility of products before purchasing. Because lockers and warehouse products may require assembly, preparation, and specialized transportation, returns are subject to the conditions below.

This policy applies unless different terms are stated on the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or product listing. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

NEW STANDARD-STOCK PRODUCTS

Eligible new standard-stock products may be returned within 14 calendar days of pickup or delivery.

All returns require prior written authorization from WareX Sales.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

  • Not have been installed, anchored, altered, connected, or placed into service

  • Include all shelves, hardware, keys, accessories, and components originally supplied

  • Be returned in its original packaging where packaging was provided

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee.

Original shipping, delivery, assembly, and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return transportation unless WareX Sales supplied an incorrect or materially misdescribed product.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Deductions may apply for missing parts, damage, cleaning, repairs, disassembly, or repackaging required to return the product to a resalable condition.

Products returned without prior written authorization may be refused.

FINAL-SALE NEW PRODUCTS

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special-order or custom-order products

  • Custom colours, sizes, or configurations

  • Products ordered specifically for a customer and identified as final sale before purchase

  • Customer-specific bulk orders identified as final sale before purchase

  • Products modified or assembled to a customer-specific configuration

  • Products that have been installed, anchored, connected, altered, or used

  • Clearance products identified as final sale

  • Products damaged after being released to the customer or the customer’s carrier, except where the damage was caused by WareX Sales or is otherwise covered by applicable law

Deposits on special-order or custom products are non-refundable once WareX Sales has placed the order with its supplier or begun preparing the order.

USED PRODUCTS

All used locker and used-product sales are final, except where required by applicable law or where WareX Sales supplies a product that is materially different from its written description.

Used products are sold in their disclosed, pre-owned condition and may show normal signs of previous commercial use, including scratches, dents, scuffs, paint wear, colour variations, labels, markings, residue, minor surface rust, minor door or latch adjustments, and missing keys unless keys are specifically included.

These normal signs of previous use are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

Used products cannot be returned because of a change of mind, incorrect measurements, insufficient access, colour preference, ordering the wrong quantity, or selecting an unsuitable configuration.

Photographs may show representative products from the available inventory. Reasonable differences in cosmetic condition, labels, markings, paint wear, and minor details may exist between individual used lockers.

Locks, keys, shelves, bases, sloping tops, garment bars, and other accessories are included only when specifically stated in the product description, quotation, or invoice.

WareX Sales performs a reasonable visual and basic operational inspection of used products where practical. Used products are not represented as new, cosmetically perfect, or free from every minor defect.

Customers are encouraged to inspect used products before purchasing or request additional photographs and information when an in-person inspection is not practical.

MEASUREMENTS AND PRODUCT SUITABILITY

The customer is responsible for confirming product dimensions, available wall and floor space, doorway and hallway clearance, stairway or elevator access, loading and delivery access, required quantity and configuration, suitability for the intended use, and installation or anchoring requirements.

Product dimensions may be nominal and may vary slightly. Customers working with restricted spaces should request exact measurements before ordering.

WareX Sales is not responsible if a product does not fit because of incorrect customer measurements, restricted access, or site conditions that were not disclosed before the order was placed.

Product recommendations are based on information provided by the customer. The customer remains responsible for confirming suitability unless WareX Sales specifically guarantees a requirement in writing.

INCORRECT OR MATERIALLY MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS

If WareX Sales supplies the wrong product or a product that is materially different from its written description, please contact us promptly.

Please provide your order or invoice number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

WareX Sales will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Ordinary cosmetic wear, reasonable variations between used products, and conditions disclosed or reasonably visible before the sale are not considered material misdescription.

Do not return products without first receiving written instructions from WareX Sales.

PICKUP AND FREIGHT DAMAGE

Customers picking up products should inspect them and confirm the quantity before leaving the WareX Sales warehouse.

Once products have been released for pickup, the customer or their carrier is responsible for properly loading, protecting, securing, and transporting them.

Customers receiving a delivery should inspect the shipment promptly. Visible freight damage or shortages should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Please photograph the products, packaging, and visible damage and contact WareX Sales as soon as possible. Delays in documenting freight damage may affect our ability to submit a claim with the carrier.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Unless specifically stated in writing, WareX Sales does not provide a warranty on new or used products.

Customers should inspect products promptly after pickup or delivery and contact WareX Sales if an item is incorrect, materially different from its written description, or arrives with a reported issue.
