Refund and Return Policy

At WareX Sales, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our refunds and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

New Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with a standard stock product, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be shipped in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
  • A 15% restocking and handling fee will apply.

After inspecting the returned product, we will process a refund excluding freight charges.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be denied if the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or non-resalable.

Used Product Returns

Due to the pre-owned nature of our used products, we do not accept returns for minor scratches or blemishes. These items are sold at a reduced price, and cosmetic imperfections are not considered valid reasons for return.

We thoroughly inspect and test all used products to ensure full functionality before they are sold.

Warranty Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the warehouse industry and the potential for products to be easily mistreated, we do not offer a warranty on our items. However, we take great care to ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are fully functional before leaving our warehouse.
